AGM Registration

Mullingar Credit Union Annual General Meeting 2021

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 and the related public health restrictions, Mullingar Credit Union is unable to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the usual in person format for 2021. Instead, the AGM will be held online, by videoconference on Wednesday 26th January 2022 at 7pm.

AVC Ltd., a company based in Dublin are assisting us in the hosting of the meeting. Members wishing to participate in the meeting are required to register for attendance. Please note that your name and email address will be shared with AVC Ltd. for the purpose of issuing you with a link to our online AGM, these details will subsequently be deleted by AVC Ltd. on completion of the AGM.

Please note: The closing date for registration is Sunday 23rd January at 5.00pm.

Please complete the form below to register your intention to participate in the online AGM. Once your registration is validated by the Credit Union you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email from AVC with a link to join the meeting.

Members can only register once. Only one registration per email address is allowed and only one vote per registration can be made at the AGM. A valid personal email address is required in order to register.

How do I join the online AGM?

Following your initial registration being accepted by Mullingar Credit Union, you will receive an email from AVC Ltd. with a link to participate in the AGM.

Simply click on the link to gain access to the meeting.

Can I log in several times using the multiple devices?

No. The link is unique and works only on a “one click” basis.

Can I use my phone to join the remote AGM?

Yes, you can use any smart device to view and participate in the webinar once you have the link. However, we do recommend a desktop or laptop computer because text will be shown on screen and may appear very small on a mobile device.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Online Voting/ Polling/ Survey:

Throughout the AGM there will be several polls with single answer or multiple-choice answers.

How do I vote?

Voting will be done by Electronic Polling. A poll will appear on your screen, click on your answer and press submit. You will be given sufficient time to cast your vote (the length of time allowed will be advised at the meeting) The poll will close after that time and the result will be shared to all delegates in due course.

I wish to ask a question at the AGM. How do I do this?

You can submit questions at the meeting using the inbuilt Q&A function to type a question for the attention of the main speakers and presenters.
