From time to time we need to provide our members with notice of general meetings (including the Annual General Meeting) and associated member reports and financial statements. Traditionally we do this by post. However, we know that in today’s world many members prefer to receive their communications by electronic means. Therefore, we have introduced an option whereby members can consent to receive this communication electronically.
Make the switch to receive your Notice of Meetings and Associated Reports electronically. It’s quick, cost effective, environmentally friendly, and because you own the Credit Union, when we save money all members benefit.
With your consent we would like to send the following communications to you by electronic means:
- Notice of Annual General Meetings
- Notice of any Special General Meetings
- Statements for members pursuant to Section 130 of the Credit Union Act 1997 (as amended)
- Any other such Notice, Statement, Documentation or Communication where the Board of Directors believe electronic delivery to be expedient.
