Normally at this time of year we would be presenting Mullingar Credit Union members with our Annual Report and be preparing to hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM). However, this year we are presently unable to host a physical, in person AGM. The Credit Union legislation needs to be amended to allow for virtual meetings and the Government is in the process of making this amendment. In order to keep members informed and updated on the financial results we have prepared a Members’ Update Report which includes the audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2020. Once circumstances allow, we will be organising our AGM at which time a full Annual Report and Notice of Meeting will be available.
